SIMILARITIES BETWEEN THE NEW JIM CROW AND ARE PRISONS OBSOLETE.

Professor is asking us to discuss some of the similarities and differences between Alexanders & Davis’ books. he wants to involve a careful analysis of selected sections of these two books, with a number of specific references to passages from their text: that is, be sure to cite and analyze some specific quotes from there books, rather then just making general statements’ about each book, He gives examples of some topics, like : rather then pointing out some of the very apparent differences, talk about how these differences affect the work hat they do as writers. like, how do these differences affect there language , their tone, their approaches to writing, the way they tell there stories, and the arguments they make….. obviously, you will not be able to write about everything in these two books, so the job is to also figure out how to focus your comparison of these two books around a central argument or main idea of your own .
