This paper needs to be done in APA style format. The paper is on Jon Kabat-Zinn‘s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) which should be Summarized. Then needs to be compared to Carl Rogers Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian): Identify areas where MBSR converges or diverges with Rogerian.
