Discussion for Week 4: Leadership Development Textbook is: Building Leaders by Aubrey Malphurs and Will Mancini Please write in the perspective of an Evangelical Christian. Discussion Prompt:In his book Building Leaders: Blueprints for Developing Leadership at Every Level of Your Church, Malphurs asserts: “Leadership development was at the core of Jesus’ ministry. If we could catch a glimpse of his ministry priorities, his development of the Twelve would have been at or near the top… It takes leaders to make more leaders. The job of the leader isn’t just to enlist more followers but to recruit and equip more and better leaders. It’s the leaders’ responsibility to develop other leaders.”With this understanding, answer the following question: What are three things the church could improve?Instructions:Each student will submit one primary post, which will respond to the discussion question for the week.
